We have used Paragon Roofing on three different occasions. The first time they were here to repair our windows that were stuck. They also repaired six window screens.
The second time, yours truly broke a window when I was removing adhesive window shade from all of the windows   I  contacted JP Rusk, the company owner, and he came over within an hour, took measurements, ordered the replacement glass and came back the next day to install it.
Just recently, some of the wooden trim boards below the gutters of the house were starting to warp and become loose. He had his partner, Josh, come over and assess the job. He gave us a quote to make the repairs.  He did a very nice job and saved us money by using screws to straighten the damaged boards rather than replacing them with new boards.
JP is always quick to respond, provide a quote and scheduling the work.  He communicates very well from start to finish.  His pricing is fair. I recommend Paragon for your roofing and home improvement services.

I called JP at Paragon Roofing to fix a leak in the exhaust flashing on my roof that was exposed by heavy rains in August 2025. Someone was dispatched within hours on the same day. I showed him the area on the roof which they identified and fixed immediately. JP worked with me each step of the way and kept me updated via phone/text.

The Paragon Team was fantastic in responding to a roof flashing issue that occurred when a new roof was installed (by another roofer) wasn't done correctly.
